Kirsty joined the Scheme Manager team in July 2026. Her experience comes from when she began caring at a young age for her family and then later working in childcare completing her NVQ level 2 in childcare, before finding her true passion in elderly care as a care assistant, before becoming a coordinator. She has 10 years' experience in this field and has loads of experience with SEN children and adults within her personal life. Kirsty is passionate about creating safe, welcoming and positive communities.
