Lynsey joined The Richmond Charities in December 2025 as a Scheme Manager. She has worked in Health and Social care for many years, previously holding roles such as Service Manager for supported living services and managing CQC-regulated homes. Her experience includes supporting individuals with complex needs, ensuring high standards of care, and overseeing safe, well-run services. Lynsey is passionate about person-centered support and building positive relationships with residents. She lives locally and is delighted to be working within her community.
