Lynsey joined The Richmond Charities' team of seven Scheme Managers, in December 2025. She has worked in Health and Social care for many years, previously holding roles such as Service Manager for supported living services and managing CQC-regulated homes. Her experience includes supporting individuals with complex needs, ensuring high standards of care, and overseeing safe, well-run services. Lynsey is passionate about person-centered support and building positive relationships with residents. She lives locally and is delighted to be working within her community.
