Jo joined The Richmond Charities in January 2018 as a Scheme Manager. Jo's previous roles included managing a supported living service for people with learning disabilities, a care home manager for older people and Senior Healthcare Assistant with the Princess Alice Hospice. In August 2026, Jo was promoted to the newly created role of Head of Welfare and Community. Jo's new responsibilities include leading the Scheme Manager team, overseeing the resident application process, and supporting residents.
